Warranty service

1. New miner 90 days warranty is provided starting from the shipping date by Innosilicon in accordance with their terms and conditions.

2.We only offer a 15-day warranty on used machines from the time of delivery because used machine is easy be bad than new.

3. If it is a warranty policy, a defective miner can repair it for free; after the warranty period, the machine needs to pay for repairs according to the actual situation.

4. The following events will invalidate the warranty: Customer first removes/replaces any component by itself; damage caused by lightning or voltage surges; scorched parts on a stray board or chip; miners/circuit boards/components infiltrate due to wet conditions Or corrosion and damage.
